Return windows and eligibility can differ by product. Product pages show the return policy summary for that piece. Refunds are processed through our checkout partner after a return is approved.
How to start a return
- Sign in and open Orders.
- Select the order and request a return from the order detail.
- Follow any instructions provided for packaging and pickup or drop-off.
What to expect
Once a return is received and reviewed, refund timing depends on the payment method used at checkout. Damaged or incorrect items should be reported from the order detail as soon as possible so we can help resolve them.
